"I string one way.  The way I've been doing it for over 35 years."

Each traditionally strung head is truly a custom piece of artwork. Hand strung by Noyes himself. No other laborers or hired hands at work here. Noyes's unique stringing style allows for micro adjustments to suit the demands of Pro's and Joe's alike. Noyes has been doing this for well over 35 years and he is not just an expert stringer but a player himself, having played both field and box lacrosse in high school, college, and for various clubs. Throughout his lacrosse career he has been fine tuning his craft and sourcing only the highest quality of leathers and stringing materials.

Besides stringing expertise and knowledge, leathers are the most critical component to any traditional mesh. Like grapes are to a fine wine, Noyes's leathers are handpicked and matched in quality and thickness, to ensure they will withstand the test of time and perform under most any condition Mother Nature throws at you. Whether you plan to simply hang his work on your wall as a piece of artwork, or play with it day in and day out, each traditional mesh is unique to the lacrosse head it is strung within. What you get is a traditional mesh that has the flexibility to mold as you see fit and make your own - mid, low, high, shallow or deep pocket. The options are limitless and all yours.

 DESIGN

Noyes strings what he calls a "double-sidewall" traditional. A design he learned back in the early 80's as a kid from Syracuse All-American attackman Tom Korrie. Rather than stringing the old "factory style" traditional, where you would string directly from the down leather to the sidewall lace, he adds an additional down lace on the outside of each exterior leather followed by an additional row of crosslace. The style allows for a deeper, more formed pocket, right out of the gate and holds the ball more tightly in the mesh as you cradle. This is something Noyes strung for his fellow teammates, an still plays with today.
